Auntie Fung’s opened its doors in Bangalore in March 2015 with the goal of delivering rich, flavorful Asian street food to mainstream India in a safe, clean, and quick-serve setting. The carefully crafted menu features specialties from Thailand, Vietnam, Burma, Indonesia, and, of course, China. The company was formed by two ardent foodies with extensive corporate backgrounds from companies such as GE, Johnson & Johnson, and AC Nielsen, with a combined experience of more than two decades. Auntie Fung’s has created the right combination to achieve its ambition of being the face of Asian street food in a global market, with a really differentiated menu, authentic recipes, a bargain pricing point, and a lean, asset light approach to assure sustainability.
