Auro yoga is modern yoga studio which teaches lifestyle yoga , a mix of traditional and modern yoga . it also has fitness entertainement like zumba and dance .the studio follows 15 forms of yoga designed to meet client requirements like ailment therapy , weightloss , stress burster and meditation . all tutors are from premier yoga institutes from haridwar and other northern states trained to meet the auro programmes . we have tied with leading yoga consultants to recruit tutors for our expansion journey
