BLive began in early 2018 when two friends from different parts of the world agreed to work together to discover a viable, long-term solution. Sandeep’s exposure to electric vehicles in Europe combined with Samarth’s knowledge of the tourism industry in Goa resulted in the launch of BLive, “India’s first EV Tourism initiative.”
