Two wheeler market size of India is 18 million units last year. Out
of 1.54 lakh were electrical. As per Government notification (attached herewith) after year 2025,
production of petrol 2 wheelers, bellow 150cc will be stopped. The size of this segment is around 12
million units a year, where electrical scooters/motorcycles can establish themselves.

have strategic alliance with almost 30 leading banks and can offer EMI facility to our customers
within 15 minutes. We are opening battery swapping centers around our dealers. Our business model
is unique and designed on “Drip Injection” method.
