• Franchisee can choose and suggest shop location but it will be finalized by franchiser only.
• All the interior set up for shop (including interior & furnishing as per specification provided by ISR FOODS ) need to be done by Franchisee.
• Once the ISR team approves shop, location details regarding Agreement and      Franchisee terms and conditions will be discussed.
• Shop area must be minimum 200 sq. Ft.
• Franchisee Fee- 2 Lakh (Non- Refundable)
• Lock in period – 2 Years
• Agreement Period- 5 Years
