Established in 1994, Tomato’s, a venture of Ahura Restaurants Private Limited, is a Gujarat-based restaurant brand styled like a 60s American diner. The ambiance of Tomato’s is inspired by the old time the USA from the 50s and 60s, the decades that evoke nostalgia among music and Hollywood buffs and it has a collection of rock ‘n’ roll, country and jazz music from this period. Tomato’s 20th-century menu has been designed to educate as it takes the patrons on a journey of culinary delights from Global to Pan Asian to Indian and coastal attractions woven with real life anecdotes from the lives of global celebrities from the 60s era. Some of the hot favorites include American favorites like Grills, Texan/Californian – Mexican, Italian pasta and Chinese stir-fries, besides signature fusions like Nachos, Mexican Hot Pot, Garden Skillet, House Special Tangy Sour & Pepper Soup, Pizza Strips Supreme, Chimi Changa, Quesadilla, Diced Paneer, Mexican Salad and Stroganoff Baby Corn.
